While earning his law degree, he honed his skills as a certified law clerk at Gilroy Napoli Short, gaining invaluable courtroom experience across the state. This hands-on exposure allowed him to navigate the intricacies of various legal proceedings and develop a keen understanding of the criminal justice system. His clerkship at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office further refined his analytical skills and deepened his passion for defending the rights of individuals.

Joseph graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in government with an emphasis in legal studies. He continued to Willamette University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.
When Joseph is not at the office you can find him training for triathlons, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and their goldendoodle.
